摘要：There was touched upon the problem of correlation of the notions of ‘immanent’ and ‘transcendental’ in the global development. There have been singled out ideological and theoretical dominants and fundamental backgrounds which define logic and outlooks of intersystem constructive changes on the new turn of human civilization development. On this background there was substantiated the objective necessity of producing of conceptual categorical apparatus adequate to these changes (first of all we are speaking about asymmetries and imbalances) as well as updating of logical and substantial theories and conceptions, their organization and systematization into the concept of a particular paradigm. There has been revealed the philosophic content and methodological status of asymmetry as a “multi-dimension system of reflection of profound world’s parts” and momentum of global development. There was suggested a definitional range which encompasses the majority of interpretations of this phenomenon in theory and practice. In the framework of “disciplinary matrix” (a specific set of a priori convictions and fundamental metaphysical guidelines) there were specified theoretical, methodological and axiological directives of determinism paradigm and synergetic paradigm that served as an initial methodological basis of conceptualization of asymmetries and imbalances of the global development.
