摘要:Fruits and vegetables is the most precious items in the food processing and technology sector to minimize or prevent the various illness related to our body system. India has huge source of fruits and vegetables because of large production. India stand 2nd position for their production globally, but processing is still low (limited to 2.2%). Due to modern life style people doesn't want to take fruits in fresh form so that juice is become more popular with time span as the generation is growing.
