摘要：The authors of the article examine an important aspect of social work with certain clients that is included in the general organized social system and is characterized as an innovative approach on the part of education and the state, aimed at improvement of the functionality and flexibility of this system using the new forms, methods, technologies, integration of their elements, and certain activities. The authors give their scientific definition and interpretation of the concept of social and professional personalization, reveal the essence and contents in accordance with the process of its development at certain category of clients. The problem affects the further development of inclusive education, which acquires a new functional significance
