摘要：The article deals with some aspects of the historical ways of Luhansk libraries which are considered as a part of the culture of the mentioned period and a basic foundation of organizational and methodic activity of the contemporary librarian web of Luhansk region. Some peculiarities of Luhansk region libraries activity as the centres of cultural, educational and ideological work, the role in forming of the region culture of the after-October period of the XX century are presented. Besides, the article deals with the main work directions, different forms and methods of readers’ attraction to the libraries
