摘要：In the article psychological aspects of education of leadership qualities of personality are examined. Different leadership theories of foreign and domestic researchers are described.The problem of education of leadership qualities of personality acquires considerable actuality today and it is not reducedto theoretical principles, the study of foreign and home practice in relation to education of leadership qualities of schoolchildren requires further investigation
