摘要：The article is devoted to the problem of formation of student youth spiritual and cultural values of education and upbringing. The author defines the attitude of modern youth towards education; analyzes the significance of spiritual and cultural values of upbringing and education that motivate people’s behavior and provide stable relations between people of a society; gives the detailed characteristics to axiological, cultural and civilizational approaches to the problem of investigation.
