摘要：ABSTRACT: Today every developed and underdeveloped country is facing same problem i.e. transmission losses, so the basic challenge is to optimize this losses by various techniques. In order to minimize the losses in the power industry researchers are introducing several techniques and algorithms in the field of transmission losses. This paper will present a new approach to minimize the losses through three different techniques i.e. genetic algorithm, particle swarm and coordinate aggregation particle swarm. It will highlight the features of these techniques, furthermost it will also explore the development and future application regarding with these techniques.
