摘要：The article concerns the origins of the Hungarian democratic political system. The author makes an attempt to characterize the political changes, taking place in the country since the late 80's and the beginning of 90's in the last century. Particular attention has been paid to the conditions, the course of events and consequences of these events in the year 1990.
