摘要：The aim of the article is to inform archaeologists and historians about results of excavations, which was realized in summer 2012 on site Glezur near village Špania Dolina. This archaeological research was a part of long-time project tended on understanding of material culture of mining populations i n space of upper Gran from the a ncient times to early Modern Age. During the excavation was documented old route and eastwards from it was found the stratigraphy of two l ayers from Middle and Modern Age. Among finds dominated pottery and iron tools. The oldest find represented ancient potsherd dated to the middle Laténe or early Roman Period. Among pottery we found two artefacts from the bottoms o f v essels t hat w e c an d ate t o t he 1 st h alf o f 1 3th c entury. W e a lso h ave s mall collection of the pottery that we can date to 14th – 16th century.
