摘要：The aim of this paper is to shed light on the poetry of Zafer Şenocak and to uncover the essential characteristics and forms of his poems in order to position Şenocak's poetry within the German literature. As a first step, the literary work of Zafer Şenocak and the importance of his poetry in general will be discussed. As a second step, a number of poems will be analyzed in the context of the lyrical oeuvre of the author thus pursuing the ‘writing myth’ of the poet. In conclusion, as the final step, the poetry of Zafer Şenocak will be positioned within the context of German literature.
