摘要：The paper considers the problem of preparing children and youth for responsible parenthood and building family relationships. Singled out the main problems and difficulties that arise in modern society due to irresponsible attitude of young people to the family in terms of residence (urban, rural). Established that a responsible attitude towards family, parenthood should be formed at various levels, including national, a region, town, community, staff, families, family, individual. The analysis of basic legal documents defining the legal responsibilities in family relationships.
