摘要:In the light of the new legislation on prevention of occupational risks is proposed the design and implementation of comprehensive systems of occupational epidemiological surveillance as a strategic tool, because it allows to know the behavior of the different events related to the process health-disease, allowing the design and implementation of actions involving the causal process and monitoring professional in persons exposed to a particular risk factor. The goal was to determine the occupational risk in a working population that manage working height through serum measurement of biological markers of cardiovascular risk in 2009 undertook a study of descriptive using the database of the IPS Prevent One A, sample of 93 patients in size. The variables are sex, age, anthropometric variables of weight and height with which we calculated the BMI, total cholesterol - LDL, HDL triglycerides, blood sugar, giving as a result the average of the level of blood sugar of 90,19(83.8%) mg/dl, total cholesterol 199.1 mg/dl.Col.LDL 112.6mg/dl, Col 52.2mg/dl HDL (48.5%) and 153.6mg/dl triglycerides. Levels of biological markers of cardiovascular risk in this working population that handle working height do not represent an occupational risk factor
