摘要：Issues related to the conditions that are conducive to the promotion of science, technology and innovation, play a very important role in the consideration of methods for encouraging economic growth in the knowledge economy. Comprehensiveness of innovation policy is incomparably broader than the development policy of science and technology, as well as industrial policy. Thanks to the use of a wide range of measures and to a variety of applied instruments, an innovation policy has established itself as the leading component of economic development policy of most countries in the contemporary business environment.
