摘要:The aim of this research has been to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and Esfahan municipality personnel’s organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Statistical society included opinions of 254 official personnel of organization. Gathered data through inquiries analyzed by "SPSS18" software. The study results show that Esfahan municipality personnel's organizational commitment and job satisfaction remarkably affected by emotional intelligence. Besides, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. Moreover, the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational commitment approved. Data analyzes declare that there is significant relationship between emotional intelligence and personnel's emotional commitment, continued commitment and normative commitment. On the other hand, emotional intelligence has a positive significant relationship with satisfaction of job, satisfaction of supervising style, satisfaction of co-workers, satisfaction of job promotion opportunities and satisfaction of income
