摘要:Disruption tolerant networks (DTNs) are portrayed by low node frequency, unreliable node mobility and lack of global network information. The majority of current research efforts in DTNs focus on data promote, but only limited work has been done on condition that efficient data access to users. Support for cooperative caching in DTNs is a novel approach which enables the sharing and allocation of cached data among multiple nodes and reduces data access delay. The fundamental idea is to purposely cache data at a set of network central locations (NCLs), which can be easily and efficiently accessed by other nodes in the network. A NCL selection based on a probabilistic selection metric and coordinates multiple caching nodes to optimize the transaction between data accessibility and caching overhead. In DTNs the current location of the nodes and also their movement can be tracked by the PulseCounting and ProbTracking technique. This process has the similar technique like GPS.
