摘要：هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر تغییرات جریانهای وجوه نقد بر سطح نگهداشت وجه نقد شرکتهاست. همچنین، بررسی اثر وجود محدودیتهای تأمین مالی بر میزان تأثیرگذاری جریانهای وجوه نقد بر سطح نگهداشت وجه نقد، از دیگر اهداف پژوهش حاضر است. در این پژوهش، اطلاعات 144 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی1390-1381 جمعآوری و پردازش گردید. همچنین، به دلیل ویژگیهای خاص، یکی از متغیرهای کنترلی از روش گشتاوری تعمیمیافته لحظهای (GMM4) برای آزمون فرضیهها استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه-های پژوهش، بیانگر آن است که از یک سو بین نوع جریانهای نقدی (مثبت یا منفی) و سطح نگهداشت وجه نقد شرکت-ها رابطه معکوس و معنیداری وجود دارد و از سوی دیگر، شرکتهای دارای محدودیتهای تأمین مالی، بدون درنظرگرفتن نوع جریانهای نقدی، تمایل بیشتری به نگهداشت وجه نقد داشته، سطح بالاتری از مانده وجه نقد را نگهداری میکنند.
其他摘要：The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of changes in cash flows on corporate cash holdings. The effect of financing constraints on the effectiveness of cash flow on cash holdings is the other objective of the present study. Sample includes data of 144 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange for the period 1381-1390. Due to the specific characteristics of the control variables a moment generalized method of moments (GMM4) is used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that there is an inverse and significant relation between cash flows (positive or negative) and cash holdings. Also Firms with financing constraints, regardless of the type of cash flows tend to hold higher levels of cash balances.
