摘要：Büyük Ortadoðu Projesi çoðu stratejistlere göre farklý anlamlar taþýyor. Bu kavramýn iþlevi dünyaya tam olarak açýklanmasý tehlikeli olabilecek olgularý ve görüþleri ihtiva edebiliyor. Bundan ötürü de bu kavramýn içerdiði siyasal niyetleri okumak, tarihçiler için genellikle yavan ve baþtan savma konular üzerinde çalýþmaktan çok daha zevkli hale geliyor. Ben bu çalýþmada halen oluþum sürecinde olan Büyük Ortadoðu Projesi'nin Türkiye ile ilgili bazý problemlerini ortaya koymaya ve bazý pratik yönlerini deðerlendirmeye çalýþtým. Bu arada söz konusu projenin Ortadoðu devletleriyle ilgili süreçlerinin adým adým uygulanmakta olduðunu da belirtelim. Yani projenin pratiðe dönüþmesi konusunda günümüzde önemli ilerlemeler kaydedilmiþtir. Ne var ki bu projenin dikkat çekici bir biçimde geliþmesini izlemeden Türkiye için doðuracaðý sonuçlar hakkýnda bir hükme varmak yanlýþ olacaktýr. Þu an bu konuyu irdelemek, tarihçiler için iyi bir zamandýr. Bugün kendilerini hiçbir zaman uluslar arasý siyaset uzmaný olarak adlandýrmayan tarihçiler bile bu konularda çalýþmayý reddetmek istemeyeceklerdir. Bu çalýþmada Büyük Ortadoðu Projesi ve Türkiye hakkýnda gündeme getirdiðim konularýn henüz hiç birine net bir çözüm getirilmiþ deðildir ve bu nedenle bu konulardaki yorumlar yayýnlanmaya deðer özelliklerini korumaktadýr. Bu çalýþmamdaki görüþlerime yöneltilecek tenkitlere mukabil, kendimi bazý konularda deðiþtirebileceðimi de ilave etmeliyim.
其他摘要：Greater Middle East Project has got different meanings according to different strategist.To discuss the function of this concept infront of public as a full disclosure could be dangerous.Hence, working on such a subject becomes much more pleasurable for historians instead of some sketchy and monotonous subject.I tried to put forward some of the problems of the Greater Middle East Project abot Turkey and consider some practical aspects. In the meantime the Project is being implemented step by step to the Middle Eastern states. In other words significant progress has been made about the Project into practice today. However reaching a verdict on the impacts to Turkey would be wrong without watching the steady growth of this remarkable project.To examine this issue at the moment is a right time for historians. Even the historians which would not name themselves as international politics specialist can not Tukey that I revived in this study has got no clear solution yet so they are still worth publishing. I should add that I can reconsider and develop some of my ideas under the light of counter views and critics.
