摘要:Organizational diagnosis is an exercise done to check an organization’s current health. A complete diagnosis not only checks the current health, but also suggests corrective measures. Diagnostic models suggested by others were evaluated in this paper including some of the authors’ previous work and shortcoming i.e. lacking the sustainable development focus in these models of organizational health diagnosis was identified. The main focus of this paper is to incorporate sustainability dimension in the organizational diagnostic model. We therefore propose in this paper an alternative, sustainability embedded model for organizational diagnosis. This model can be used by the organizational diagnosticians to perform a comprehensive organizational diagnosis.
