摘要：As estrat¨¦gias e as boas pr¨˘ticas de governan.a s.o os principais meios para se alcan.ar os objetivos organizacionais. Esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de identificar qual ¨¦ o papel da governan.a no processo estrat¨¦gico das organizaçőes. Para isso, realizou -se um estudo de caso numa organizaçăo com fins n.o econ.micos, atrav¨¦s de pesquisa bibliogr¨˘fica, documental, observaçăo n.o participante no site da organizaçăo e entrevista semiestruturada com os diretores da organizaçăo para a coleta de dados. O tratamento dos dados se deu por meio de abordagem qualitativa e analise de conte¨˛do. Os resultados que o processo estrat¨¦gico aliado ¨¤ governan.a contribui para elevar a competitividade da organizaçăo. Tamb¨¦m, a governan.a possui um papel primordial no processo estrat¨¦gico, tanto na formulaçăo da estrat¨¦gia quanto na sua execuçăo atrav¨¦s da orientaçăo e do monitoramento para garantir que o executado de forma up-down seja o que foi planejado de forma down-up
其他摘要：Strategies and good governance practices are the main means to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to identify what is the role of governance in the strategic process of organizations. For this, there was a case study in an organization with non-profit, by bibliographic research, documentary, non -participant observation on the organization's website and semi-structured interviews with the directors of the organization for collecting data. Data analysis was done through a qualitative approach with content analysis. The results of the strategic process together with the governance contributes to raising the competitiveness of the organization. Also, governance has a key role in the strategic process, both in strategy formulation and in its implementation by the guidance and monitoring to ensure that strategic planning run up-down form is what has been planned down -up form
