Na an¨˘lise, tem-se o resgate dos preceitos trazidos pela abordagem contemporanea de gest.o de pessoas, sobretudo a noçăo de compet¨şncias, propondo uma leitura da problem¨˘tica sobre o ponto de vista da administraçăo. Como principal resultado, notou-se a mudan.a na vis.o da gest.o sobre a perspectiva de inovaçăo, que passa a abarcar mais a dimens.o organizacional do que somente o simples desenvolvimento de novos produtos
  • 其他摘要:The article describes the structure of the innovation system of an automotive industry and its relationship with the HR function. This case illustrates subject matter of Evolutionary Economics, but still being resolved. In t he analysis, we have the redemption of the precepts brought by contemporary approach to people management, particularly the notion of competence, proposing a problematic reading on the point of view of administration. The main result, we noticed a change in the view of management on the prospect of innovation, which now cover more organizational dimension than just the simple development of new products
