摘要：Este estudo focaliza o exerc¨Şcio da lideran.a face ¨¤s dimens.es do trabalho da enfermagem. De abordagem qualitativa, o estudo tem por objetivo ¨˘ partir da an¨˘lise da pr¨˘xis gerencial do enfermeiro respons¨˘vel t¨¦cnico do hospital possibilitar no contexto dial¨¦tico a compreens.o da lideran.a face ¨˘ dicotomia entre a dimens.o gerencial e assistencial do trabalho. Constituiu- se de 15 enfermeiros respons¨˘veis t¨¦cnicos de hospitais p¨˛blicos e privados de 8 cidades do sul de Minas Gerais.Foram eleitos segundo a T¨¦cnica Snowball Sampling, no per¨Şodo de outubro a dezembro de 2014. Foi utilizada a entrevista semi- estruturada, sendo abordados com a quest.o norteadora "co mo voc¨ş, na fun..o de respons¨˘vel t¨¦cnico, conduz no dia a dia a lideran.a sobre os seus colaboradores". Utilizou- se a an¨˘lise de conte¨˛do, sendo o exerc¨Şcio da lideran.a face ¨¤s dimens.es do trabalho da enfermagem, objeto deste estudo. Constata- se que, no exerc¨Şcio da lideran.a, os enfermeiros respons¨˘veis t¨¦cnicos apontam para a necessidade de harmonizar as dimens.es do trabalho gerencial e a ssistencial uma vez que a dicotomia entre os conceitos j¨˘ ¨¦ inerente em sua viv¨şncia.
其他摘要：This study focuses on exercise leadership in the face of the nursing work dimensions. Qualitative approach, the study aims will the analysis of management practice of hospital technician responsible nurse enable dialectical context in understanding the leadership will face dichotomy between the managerial dimension and welfare work. Constituted from 15 nurses technicians in charge of public and private hospitals in eight cities in southern Minas Gerais.Foram elect according to the Snowball Sampling Technique, in the period from October to December 2014. A semi-structured interview was used, being addressed with the guiding question "how do you, the responsible technical function, leads the day-to -day leadership over its employees."
