摘要:The aim of this article is to identify and analyze dissolution factors of inter-organizational networks. Therefore, we realized, as a research strategy, semi-structured interviews with five groups of individuals involved in the formation and development of business networks, and who were also involved in the dissolution of these networks. As data analysis procedures we followed the technique of content analysis. Regarding the results, it can be said that a number of factors contributed to the dissolution of business networks, among which stand out the lack of continuity of the Cooperation Networks program and low-associative and cooperative thinking of network members. In this sense, we concluded that the development of business networks requires the engagement and commitment of all involved
