摘要：A acreditaçăo hospitalar ¨¦ uma certificaçăo que visa ¨¤ melhoria da q ualidade nos servi.os de sa¨˛de. Por¨¦m, n.o se sabem quais os diferenciais de um hospital que possui a acreditaçăo hospitalar. Tentando responder ao problema de pesquisa, a pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar quais as percep..es dos hospitais acreditados do Brasil que possuem uma certificaçăo internacional. Este estudo ¨¦ uma pesquisa explorat¨®ria, quantitativa, realizada por meio de levantamento (survey). O m¨¦todo estat¨Şstico utilizado na pesquisa foi a estat¨Şstica descritiva. Por fim, a pesquisa conclu iu que os hospitais acreditados, conforme os respondentes, possuem v¨˘rios diferenciais por possuir a certificaçăo, por¨¦m d¨˘-se ¨şnfase aos diferenciais "segu ran.a ao paciente" e "qualidade do servi.o".
其他摘要：The hospital accreditation is a certification that aims to the improvement of the quality in the health services. However, the differentials of a hospital that has the hospital accreditation do not are known. Trying to answer the research problem, the paper has as general objective investigating which are the perceptions from the accredited hospitals in Brazil that have an international certification. This study is an exploratory and quantitative research, done through questionnaire (survey). The statistical method used in the research was the descriptive statistics. Finally, according to the respondents, the resea rch concluded that accredited hospitals have several differentials by having the certification, with emphasis in differentials "patient safety" and "quality of service".
