  • 摘要:O objetivo ¨¦ identificar os fatores de tomada de decis.o na compra de carne bovina premium em Campo Grande ¨C MS. ¨¦ um estudo qualitativo, explorat¨®rio e descritivo com an¨˘lise do discurso para tratar os dados. Os resultados caracterizam o perfil dos consumidores como estabilizados finan ceiramente e detentores, em sua maioria, de alto n¨Şvel de escolaridade, conscientes, ass¨Şduos e fi¨¦is ¨¤ compra do produto. Buscam e apreciam na carne bovina premium a qualidade superior, sua maciez e seu teor de gordura. Constata -se que a percep..o, o ciclo de vida, amigos e familiares, e a cultura s.o os fatores priorit¨˘rios para a compra da carne premium. As caracter¨Şsticas mais apreciadas na decis.o s.o o sabor, a qualidade e a satisfaçăo.   • 其他摘要:The objective is to identify the decision -making factors in the purchase of premium beef in Campo Grande - MS. It is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study, discourse analysis technique used to the data. The results characterized the profile of consumers to be stabilized financially and holders, mostly of highly educated, conscious, diligent and faithful to purchase the product. Seek and enjoy in premium beef top quality, its softness and its fat content. It appears that perception, life cycle, friends and family, and the culture in which they operate on the priority factors in making the purchase of premium meat. The features m ost appreciated in the decision to are the taste, quality and satisfaction. The results suggest that there are marketing actions to influence the increase in premium meat consumption aiming to extend both the demand and supply in the sector, and thus expand this important niche
