  • 摘要:O presente estudo objetivou identificar nos artigos publicados na ¨˘rea de administraçăo, co ntabilidade e economia a tem¨˘tica da reputaçăo corporativa em estudos que retratem a inovaçăo em p rovedores de servi.os, a fim de analisar as contribuiçőes desta dimens.o ¨C inova..o ¨C na formaçăo da reputa..o das empresas. Foi realizada uma busca na base de dados ProQuest, utilizando como termos descritores corporate reputation (reputaçăo corporativa) e innovation in services (inovaçăo em servi.os). Foram identificados 14 estudos (investigados em sua maioria na Europa e Reino Unido), com predominancia para o car¨˘ter emp¨Şrico. Importante perceber que a reputaçăo empresarial pode estar sen do influenciada pela inovaçăo e, nesse sentido, os estudos poderiam contribuir com os provedores de servi.os no desenvolvimento de estrat¨¦gias de inovaçăo para elevar a reputaçăo empresarial. Sugere-se a realiza..o de novos estudos que expandam o tamanho da amostra ou analisem diferentes vari¨˘veis para generalizar os resultados. Estreitar as relaçőes entre a inovaçăo em provedores de servi.os e a reputaçăo corporativa pode representar uma ¨˘rea para futuras investigaçőes te¨®ricas e emp¨Şricas.
  • 其他摘要:This study aimed to identify in articles published in administration, accounting and economics the topic of corporate reputation studies that portray innovation in service providers in order to analyze the contributions of this size - innovation - in shaping the reputation of the companies. A search in ProQuest database was performed using terms like corporate reputation descriptors (corporate reputation) and innovation in services (innovation in services). It was identified 14 studies (investigated mostly in Europe and the UK), with predominance of empirical approaches. It is important to realize that corporate reputation can be influenced by innovation and, in this reg ard, studies could contribute to the service providers in the development of innovative strategies to boost business reputation. It is suggested to carry out new studies that expand the size of the sample or analyze different variables to a better understand of the results. Strengthening links between innovation in service providers and corporate reputation may be an area for future theoretical and empirical investigations.
