摘要：The present paper starts by showing that Bioethics, since its origin, is presented as a revolutionary force due to the schism it caused in the epistemological foundations of sciences and humanities. From that force and factors, that caused its origin, the scopes of Bioethics are so widely presented in such a way, which could get out of control from those who reflect about it. Nevertheless, the progress of Bioethics has caused a limitation in the bioethical reflection to the medical practice and to the biomedical research, wasting aspects that result necessarily, due to the current power conditions of sciences, which show the need to turn to alternative approaches such as the everyday bioethics from Giovanni Berlinguer.
