  • 摘要:Due to the increasing importance of the integral formation of the Bachelor in Nursing professionals, it is considered of a great value the preparation of professors who are going to integrally prepare the designated students to this specialty with the objective of obtaining the highest qualification in correspondence with the advanced technology in the interests of taking care of patients, families and the community. For such a reason, the Rector of the University of Medical Sciences oriented to focus the attention on the Psychopedagogical preparation of the head of wards of our institutions with the purpose of giving the students, who enter the Bachelor in Nursing degree course, the technical knowledge and skills directly from the health services. In this respect, the author initially focused herself on the task of preparing the chosen head of wards in a methodological teamwork for facing this task. After this first step was fulfilled in three months, the professors were evaluated by a committee of experienced professors for obtaining the Instructor teaching-rank. Adding to this, a course on Professional Orientation was taught as an important element. The 25 head of wards nursing professionals passed the exam to face this task in the new academic year.
