摘要:The present research aimed to identify those elements in the teaching and learning which significantly enhance the development of the collaborative working transversal competence in students. In order to achieve this, a qualitative procedure whereby 41 high school students and 11 teachers answered a survey and were personally interviewed respectively. It was found that participants considered the following items for the acquisition of the transversal competence: the continuous involvement in activities intentionally oriented towards collaboration; the participation in student-centered active learning strategies; the teacher promotes the development of communicative and interpersonal skills; in addition, the teacher's specification and feedback related to the collaborative behaviors expected to be performed by the learners.
