摘要：The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the phenomenon of the deviant behavior from the perspective of Criminology. From the Argumentative Documentary Research Method, the socio etiological approaches of criminality of multiple nature, that trigger antisocial behavior are examined. We conclude that public policies and government actions in different fields, have been unable to reduce crime. The economic crisis, the political instability, the intensifying inequalities, the progressive disappearing of values, family disintegration, as well as the dynamism of the urbanization process, the population growth, globalization, technology, unemployment, wage exploitation, poverty, exclusion and struggle for education are sufficient to produce and play the deviant behavior causes.
