摘要:The purpose of this article is to analyze the process by which the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) uses mechanisms through which their recommendations or suggestions are articulated with public policies in the countries of influence. It is assumed that PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) test functions as a "performative device" to help guide educational institutions in designing public policies in the area of Education.
