摘要：The present study examined the relationships between careerdevelopment and life satisfaction. Number of participants were 520 andthey were 8th grade students between 1415 ages drawn from primaryschool in Kayseri (Turkey). While the number of female participants was257, male was 263 in 520. The Turkish version of the Careerdevelopment Scale for Childhood and Multidimensional Student LifeSatisfaction Scale were used to assess career development and lifesatisfaction of the students. The relationships between dimensions ofcareer development and dimensions of life satisfaction were examined.The correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis techniquewere performed to data. Results indicated that career development scalesubdimensions were strongly correlated with life satisfaction. At the sametime results indicated that 8th grade students’ life satisfaction waspredicted positively by career development subdimensions.
