摘要:The aim of this study is to explore the effects of marketorientation, quality orientation and learning orientation onfirm innovativeness and the mediating effect of the qualityorientation in this relation. The research has been conducted viasurvey. The questionnaires have been send to send to 200 small andmedium sized companies in Gebze and Istanbul and 130 responses hasbeen received. The survey participants were mid-and top levelmanagers. For data analysis, descriptive statistic, correlation andregression analysis and SEM methods were used. The findings showpositive relationships among market orientation, learning orientationand firm innovativeness. The mediating effect of the qualityorientation on the relationships between market orientation, learningorientation and innovation has been found too. In this respect, qualityorientation is a significant mediating variable in the positive relationof market orientation and learning orientation on the innovation.
