摘要：Records of Egyptian fungi are scattered through a wide array of journals, books, dissertations, and preliminary annotated checklists and compilations. By screening all available sources of information, it was possible to delineate 61 taxa, including 3 varieties, belonging to 29 genera of protozoan fungal analogues that have been reported from Egypt. A provisional key to the identification of reported taxa is given. This is the first species list of protozoan fungus-like analogues from Egypt
