摘要:Organizational culture and creativity climate have been cited as one of important antecedents of organizational innovativeness. Majority of previous literatures recognize the difference between organizational culture and creativity climate while others equate both constructs as the same. Thus, this study investigated the relationship among organizational culture, creativity climate and organizational innovativeness. A survey was conducted among 32 small firms using purposive sampling. Multiple regressions were performed to examine the relationships among constructs. Both organizational culture and creativity climate significantly related to organizational innovativeness. Organizational culture and creativity climate is also significantly related. This indicates that both construct play pivotal roles to improve organizational innovativeness among small firms. High variance in organizational culture explained by creativity climate support earlier contention that climate and culture are complementary rather than distinctive constructs.
