摘要：Gözetim olgusu her ne kadar iktidara içkin bir pratik ve ilişki biçimi olsa da günümüzde giderek yaygınlaşmakta ve toplumsal bir ilişki biçimine dönüşmektedir. Televizyonun görselliği ve yaydığı gösteri mantığı gözetleme davranışının kalabalıklar tarafından benimsenmesinde önemli bir katkı sağlamıştır. Bir taraftan her şey bir gösteri mantığı içerisinde sunulurken, diğer taraftan bu gösteri mantığı gözetlemenin ve gözetlenilmenin mantığını ve yaygınlık düzeyini genişletmiştir. Günümüzde yeni medyanın gelişmesi ve özellikle de sosyal medya ortamlarının çok sayıda kişi tarafından kullanılması, televizyonla birlikte gösteri mantığının içerisine yerleştirilen gözetleme pratiğini, kişisel düzlemde, mikro ilişkilerde yaygınlaştırmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada özellikle bir gözetim aracı olarak şekillenen Periscope’un gözetim pratiklerine ilişkin getirdiği yenilikler incelenmektedir. Bu bağlamda; Periscope’un gözetime ilişkin farklı kullanım örüntülerine sahip olduğu, gözetimi mobilize, eş zamanlı ve aleni bir pratiğe dönüştürdüğü, Periscope ile birlikte kitlesel ölçekte etkileşimli bir gözetim pratiğinin ortaya çıktığı ve Periscope’un mahremiyetin küresel ölçekte dolaşıma girmesine neden olduğu görülmektedir
其他摘要：Although surveillance is an instrinsic practice and relationship form of the power, at the present time it is gradually becoming more common and even turning into a social relationship form. The visuality of TV and the show mentality it spreads made a significant contribution for the adoption of surveillance behavior by crowds. On one hand everthing were presented according to show mentality, on the other hand this show mentality expanded the logic and the prevalence level of surveillance. At the present time due to the development of the new media and particularly more often use of social media by a lot of people, surveillance practices have become prevalent in personal base and micro relationships. In this study, novelties regarding surveillance by Periscope are investigated. In this context it is accepted that Periscope has different usage patterns regarding surveillance practices; it has turned surveillance into a mobilized simultaneous and publicly practice; interactive surveillance on mass scale has emerged by Periscope and that Periscope has caused privacy to join into the circulation on a global scale
