摘要：The Cr(III) coordinative compounds effect on spirulina DNA properties has been studied. The comparison of valuesof temperature of DNA denaturation and the fractions separation of reassociated DNA on hydroxiapatite column havebeen carried out. The tested Cr(III) compounds didn’t modify the properties of spirulina DNA.
