摘要：Career is a process that shows the person under the aspect of his professional and social life. Through the relevanceof this complex process it results the necessity to direct and orient each person to the field of activity which would revealhis capacity potential.Adolescence is the age when the person tries to set a connection between his aspirations, personal aptitudes andlabor-market requirements. If the correlation between these three data – labor-market requirements, character featureand professional aspirations was respected, it would be evident the equilibrium between the obtained studies and professionalintegration.The identification of the influential aspects of school and professional orientation implemented in some lyceums ofChişinău municipality would offer space for analyses and discussion about realizations in this domain.
