摘要：Adrenocortical carcinomas (ACCs) are rare; the incidence is approximately one to two per million population per year. and incidentally found adrenal mass detected on radiographic imaging performed for different reasons. ACCs are aggressive tumors with poor prognosis. Complete surgical resection is the only potentially curative treatment for ACCs. We present here an undifferantiated ACCs which found incidentally found adrenal mass detected in 80 years old woman. The patient was treated surgically and wasnt given medical therapy. This rare and aggresive malignancy can be seen in elderly patients group and must be evaluated in specialized referral centers.
