摘要：ABSTRACT:Complications of tattooing can be related to various physiopathological processes ranging from local and systemic infections (the most frequent) to masses like seborrheic keratosis, dermatofibroma and epidermal cysts, and from pathologies like psoriasis, lichen planus and vitiligo to psychological problems in the literature. There has been reports of photo-allergic reactions and granulomas, and malignant tumors such as squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma developing on top of tattoos. In order to draw attention to complications related to tattooing, which is observed particularly in young population especially in recent years, and used frequently in eastern and southern-east regions of Turkey, we present our case who developed mass lesion after tattooing.
