摘要：Проанализированы процессы изменения показателей качества сырья до обработки и очистки надействующем мукомольном предприятии как случайные процессы. Проведена структурно-параметрическая идентификация и в результате получены математические модели спектральныхплотностей и автокорреляционных функций рассмотренных процессов.
