  • 标题:A Feasibility Study of Implementation of Decision Support Systems in the Field of Human Resource Development Management in Iranian National Gas Company: A Case Study of Isfahan Province Gas Company

  • 摘要:Considering the applications of decision-making support systems in the process of human resource management and the improvement of human resource performance is one of the main management concerns in Iran National Gas Co., the author has decided to evaluate the level of organization readiness in implementing the decision-making support systems from various aspects. Hence, the present research is a feasibility study, done for deploying decision-making support systems in human resource management domain in Esfahan Province Gas Co. This study is descriptive and of surveying type. The statistical population of this study includes all the 120 managers and specialists of Gas Co. in Esfahan province. Due to limitation of the population, the data was collected by census. The instrument of collecting the data in this research was a questionnaire with 38 questions, which was given to the people after explaining the subject and expressing the studying case. Validity of the questionnaire was tested by face and content validity, using experts points of view as well as confirmatory factor analysis using SmartPLS. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by Cronbach's alpha, which was 0.88. SPSS 21 and SmartPLS applications were used to analyze the data. Analyzing the research findings is done in the two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. Frequency tables, percentage, standard deviation, average and the relevant graphs are used in the descriptive statistics level, and one sample t-test and multiple variance analysis are used in the inferential statistics level.
