摘要：II. Mahmud zamanı birçok konuda yenileşme ve deği-şimlerin yaşandığı dönem olduğu gibi basındaki ilk örnekle-rin görüldüğü yıllardır. Osmanlı’nın gazeteyle tanışmasından sonra ilk dergi örneklerinin çıkması zaman almış, 1849’da tıp alanında yayım yapan Vaka-yı Tıbbiye Osmanlı’da ya-yımlanan ilk dergi olmuştur. 1860’lı yıllar gazete ve dergile-rin kamuoyunu oluşturduğu ve gerçek anlamda kamuoyu-nun görüldüğü yıllar olmuştur. Bu dönemden itibaren Os-manlı’da farklı konularda birçok dergi çıkmaya başlamıştır. II. Abdülhamid döneminde, basında sıkı bir denetimin gö-rülmesine karşın dergicilik bu dönemde başta edebiyat ve ziraat sektörleri olmak üzere önemli bir gelişme göstermiş-tir. II. Meşrutiyet yıllarından sonraki süreçte dergicilik al-tın çağını yaşamış, önceki döneme göre yaşanan göreli öz-gürlük ortamı nedeniyle dergilerde birçok tartışmalar ya-şanmış ve bu da dergiciliğin gelişimine önemli bir etken olmuştur. Bu çalışmada 1850’li yıllardan 1923’e kadar Os-manlı’da çıkan dergilerin hangileri olduğu tespit edilmiş ve bu dergilerin yayım politikaları ve içerikleri verilmiştir.
其他摘要：Just as the reign of Mahmud II is a time of inno-vation and change in many respects, it is also when first ex-amples of press have been observed. Although it has taken some time for journals to be published after the Ottomans were first introduced to the newspaper, the first journal, Vaka-yı Tıbbiye, was published in the field of medicine. 1860s were the years in which newspapers and journals have created public opinion and when public opinion was ob-served in real terms. After this period, many different jour-nals on different topics were published in the Ottoman Empire. Despite rigorous inspections during the time of Abdulhamid II, journalism has shown important develop-ments, especially in the fields of literature and agriculture. Journalism has lived its golden years during the 2nd Consti-tutionalism (II. Meşrutiyet) and because of the relative en-vironment of freedom experienced at this time compared to the previous period, many debates have taken place in the journals, which have been an important contribution to the development of journalism. In this study, the journals published in the Ottoman Empire between 1850 and 1923 were identified and the publication policies of the journals as well as their contents have been provided.
