摘要：The article deals with the problem of professional formation of the teacher as a source of professional career development. The authors reveal the role of professional teacher’s conduct in the process of cognition students’ cultural values of their ethnic group, the moral values of human conduct in the ethnocultural environment of the region. The authors also provide the basis for the process of professional formation of the future teacher as a source of professional career development in the self-development of cultural and educational space of the university in the region.
