摘要:Power quality enhancement in single Distributed generation (DG) system is proposed in this paper. The main constraintsof this paper areconsideration of both the power quality of the micro grid and the qualityflowingbetween the micro grid and utility system. There aretwo inverters connectedin shunt and series are used for each distribution generation (DG) system onthe micro grid. Each inverter having positive and negative sequence components is controlledto compensate. Theshunt inverter is controlled to regulate power dispatches among parallel-connected DG systems and to ensure balancedvoltages within the micro grid.The series inverter balances the line currents byinjecting suitablevoltage components. Theproposedpower quality enhancerhas been tested in simulation.
