  • 摘要:In today's competitive world good marketing strategy is needed toattract the customers.This proposed system maintainsthe customer relationship using data mining with TRFMmodel. Clustering, Classification and Association rule are also used with TRFM model that is useful for market intelligence. Clustering is used to search out customer segments with comparableTRFM values. Classification is used to find out customer's future buying pattern. Association rule mining is used for product recommendation
