摘要：This article analyzes Kant's treatise "Perpetual Peace", which is written in the form of an international agree-ment. The authors attempt to identify the feasibility of the project implementation by considering the basic ideas of the treatise and the novelty of the philoso-pher’s views comparing to the similar works of his pre-decessors. It is concluded that the principle ideas of this work cannot be realized in the near future. But the main value and the intrinsic importance of this Kant’s treatise is that it acts as a warning to mankind.
