摘要：Based on the concept of outcome-based maintenance, the outcome-based contractor equipment support is proposed as the logistical support strategy in the military industry. The outcome-based contractor equipment support is focus on the combat efficiency rather than on the performance of the equipments. Choosing the right contractor is a very important part in the process of its implementation. In fact, the contractor selection is a multi-criteria decision- making problem, which is largely dependent on the uncertainty and ambiguity of the decision- makers. This paper presents a systematic decision-making process of the outcome-based contractor selection, which employs fuzzy AHP to determine the importance weights of each index and adopts fuzzy TOPSIS to obtain the performance ratings of the alternative contractors. Finally, the validity of this method is verified by a specific case.
