摘要:With the economic and social transformation, corporate social responsibility has become an important factor affecting the enterprises performance. In this paper, we make an empirical analysis of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and organizational performance by using structural equation model. The result shows that CRS has an impact on the human resource management practice and organizational performance, at the same time, the HRM system has played an intermediary role. Enterprises to fulfill corporate social responsibility will significantly enhance the efficiency of human resource management, and obtain recognition of employees. So that it is necessary for enterprises to undertake the social responsibility in the long-term, and CRS will provide potential value for enterprises' competitive advantage.
