摘要：Key events in football videos are fetched on the basis of accurate detection of shots. A quick and effective algorithm for detecting football video shots has very important meanings. Here it focuses on features of football videos by combining with a few basic shot detection methods to propose one shot detection method applicable for football videos. The experiment shows the feasibility of the proposed algorithm, and the experimental data shows that the algorithm has a good effect for soccer video shot detection and key frame extraction
