摘要:Aiming at problem of real-time detection on wear loss of brake shoe, one kind of sensor based on series resistance was developed, and the test method was put forward. The test models among wear loss, system resistance and output voltage were established, which relied on theory of least-squares calculations. Sensitivity of the sensor and stability of the signal output were determination. Meanwhile, test for certain vehicle was conducted, and the result was consistent to the theoretical value, maximum error was 4.58% , which proved the accuracy of the test methods and test models and the feasibility of the test method.
